Don’t crowd someone mid-set—it’s not a concert. Respect workout bubbles, and don’t stare like you’re trying to solve a mystery.

Wipe your sweat, re-rack your weights, and pretend your mom is watching. Because somewhere, she probably is.

Before offering a spot or a form tip, ask first. We believe in strong bodies and strong boundaries.

Stronger and Healthier
